This study aims to analyze the performance of Al Salam Bank of Algeria using financial indicators. In order to achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used by describing and analyzing the theoretical aspect 3knowing the relationship between financial indicators and performance expressed as ROA & ROE, and all of this using the Data Tab program, The study reached several results, the most important of which is: The study finds a significant strong, positive significance impact of financial ration variables on the performance of salam bank under study during the period specified.
