Doenças Cardiovasculares: uma abordagem multidisciplinar dos fatores de risco, da prevenção, do diagnóstico, do tratamento e da promoção da qualidade de vida

As doenças cardiovasculares permanecem entre as principais causas de morbimortalidade e resultam da interação entre fatores biológicos, comportamentais, metabólicos, ambientais e sociais. Objetivou-se analisar, sob perspectiva multidisciplinar, fatores de risco, prevenção, diagnóstico, tratamento e promoção da qualidade de vida nas doenças cardiovasculares. Realizou-se revisão integrativa, descritivo-analítica e qualitativa, com busca no PubMed/MEDLINE e em repositórios institucionais, incluindo publicações de 2021 a 2026. Foram priorizadas diretrizes, consensos, revisões sistemáticas, metanálises, ensaios clínicos e documentos oficiais. Os achados indicam que controle de pressão arterial, lipídios, glicemia, adiposidade, tabagismo, alimentação, sono e atividade física deve ser integrado à estratificação de risco, diagnóstico oportuno, farmacoterapia baseada em evidências, reabilitação e cuidado centrado na pessoa. Conclui-se que redes multiprofissionais e longitudinalidade são essenciais para reduzir eventos e promover qualidade de vida.
