This paper analyzes the relationship between digitalization, networked coordination, and organizational performance in contemporary Algerian public institutions, with evidence from Algérie Poste – Ouargla. The article adopts a descriptive-analytical approach and combines a theoretical literature review with a field study based on a structured questionnaire administered to 120 employees. The descriptive findings indicate that the sample is mainly concentrated in the middle-age groups and includes a diversified professional structure dominated by administrative and service staff. The results suggest that digitalization is perceived as a significant driver of workflow improvement, communication efficiency, and institutional responsiveness. The study concludes that that the digital transformation of public institutions should not be one-sided in terms of technological use, but the quality of co-ordination, the willingness of employees, or the assistance of the organization.
