Resumo

This study explores the relationship between enterprise competitiveness and social responsibility practices from the perspective of human resources, using Algeria Telecom as a case study. In an increasingly globalized and competitive market, companies must balance economic performance with ethical and social commitments. This research examines how human resource strategies, including employee engagement, training, and workplace well-being, influence both corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business competitiveness. By analyzing Algeria Telecom's policies and practices, the study identifies key factors that contribute to sustainable corporate success. The findings suggest that integrating CSR into HR policies enhances employee motivation, improves corporate reputation, and strengthens overall market positioning. This research highlights the essential role of human resources in aligning social responsibility initiatives with business objectives to ensure long-term competitiveness and sustainable development.
