The expansion of digital platforms within judicial systems has transformed procedural architectures and cost structures across legal markets. This study applies the Economic Analysis of Law framework to evaluate how legal technology platforms influence transaction costs, allocative efficiency, and systemic performance. Employing a comprehensive literature review of interdisciplinary scholarship on digital justice, platform economics, Industry 4.0 integration in courts, and AI-driven legal optimization, the article analyzes whether legal tech platforms reduce procedural costs and improve institutional efficiency. The findings indicate that digital infrastructures significantly decrease information, coordination, and operational costs while introducing new governance challenges related to regulatory adaptation and market concentration. The analysis demonstrates that legal tech functions as an economic restructuring mechanism within contemporary legal systems, contingent upon institutional alignment and technological maturity.
