Integrated protocols of respiratory physiotherapy and acupuncture in pulmonary recovery of chronic patients

This exploratory study investigates the association between respiratory physiotherapy techniques and acupuncture in improving pulmonary function and providing analgesia in chronic patients. The research highlights how the combination of these practices may offer synergistic benefits, enhancing pulmonary recovery, reducing thoracic pain symptoms, and improving quality of life. The integrative approach also emphasizes the value of holistic treatment, offering a broader perspective in respiratory care, especially for patients who have difficulty responding to conventional methods alone. Preliminary results indicate significant improvements in respiratory function and pain control, underscoring the importance of complementary strategies in managing chronic respiratory diseases.
