Primary malignant melanoma of the small intestine is a rare and aggressive condition that presents with nonspecific symptoms, often resulting in delayed diagnosis and hindering patient survival. Surgery remains the mainstay of treatment. In this paper, we present a case of primary malignant melanoma of the small intestine.
