This study analyzes the implementation of Askara Tunanetra, a humanitarian activity organized by students of German Language Education FBS UNY for the Jaya Musik Community, a blind community in Yogyakarta. This event aimed not only to sustain the community during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic but also to showcase and develop their musical talents. The transition from physical performances to a virtual concert reflects a strategic shift in response to external challenges, emphasizing the role of change management in ensuring program success. Through this virtual concert, the Jaya Musik Community performed a range of songs, such as Tatu by the late Didi Kempot and Yogyakarta by KLA Project. The event's output included the creation of the Askara Tunanetra YouTube channel, which presents content in three languages: Indonesian, English, and German. This study focuses on the planning, execution, and evaluation phases of the event, highlighting how management practices supported the community’s adaptation. It also discusses the challenges and opportunities encountered in managing change within a community-based humanitarian program.
