Estudo descritivo das técnicas cirúrgicas para hemorroidectomia: uma revisão bibliográfica dos procedimentos convencionais ao laser de alta frequência

Introdução: A doença hemorroidária é determinada como uma patologia coloproctológica e seu manejo ocorre de acordo com a presença de complicações, de características sintomatológicas e do grau definido das hemorroidas internas. Em pacientes com indicação ao tratamento cirúrgico, a hemorroidectomia mostrou ser muito eficaz como uma alternativa a longo prazo, contudo, ainda apresenta alguns intercursos importantes no período pós-cirúrgico. Por isso, novos protocolos têm sido implementados. Objetivo: O estudo em questão visa a descrição e a discussão das técnicas cirúrgicas atuais de hemorroidectomia. Metodologia: Foram utilizados artigos científicos retirados do banco de dados norte-americano (PUBMED), do Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SCIELO), e do Google Acadêmico, utilizando os descritores hemorroidectomia, Hemorroidas, Fluxometria por Laser-Doppler e seus correspondentes na língua inglesa e espanhola. Realizada delimitação de artigos dos últimos 10 anos. Conclusão: Conclui-se que o número de procedimentos cirúrgicos anuais que objetivam a extirpação da sintomatologia apresentada pelo paciente torna-se relevante no âmbito da Cirurgia Geral. A implementação do uso de LASER de alta frequência pode oferecer inúmeros benefícios quando comparado aos métodos convencionais de hemorroidectomia.
