Efeitos sinérgicos do ultrassom e laser na reabilitação física avaliados por imagens termográficas

O objetivo do atual estudo foi investigar os efeitos sinérgicos do Ultrassom e Laser através de análises termográficas no processo de reabilitação física em diferentes casos clínicos. Foram realizados 4 casos clínicos: (1) capsulite adesiva de ombro esquerdo; (2) lombociatalgia bilateral e tendinite dos isquitibiais; (3) lombalgia crônica direita e esquerda com dor sacro ilíaca e; (4) lombalgia e ciatalgia com dores predominantes do lado esquerdo. Os tratamentos foram realizados com o uso de um equipamento que inclui Ultrassom e Laser em uma mesma manopla. As avaliações termográficas foram realizadas no período pré e pós-tratamento. Foi constatado que o tratamento melhorou o quadro clínico agudo e crônico, evidenciado pela simetria das temperaturas cutâneas entre os lados direito e esquerdo do corpo.
