Angiomixoma Agressivo em região pelve perineal: relato de caso

Introdução: Angiomixoma agressivo é um tumor mesenquimal raro mais comum em mulheres. Acomete principalmente regiões de pelve, períneo e vulva. É um tumor benigno, cujo nome “agressivo” se dá pelo fato de possuir um caráter infiltrativo e de alta recidiva, necessitando de acompanhamento a longo prazo. Relato de caso: Mulher, 46 anos, encaminhada com resultado de biópsia, que evidenciou “neoplasia mesenquimatosa infiltrativa”. O laudo anatomopatológico associado à imuno-histoquímica evidenciou diagnostico de angiomixoma agressivo. A ressonância magnética mostrou acometimento da região glútea esquerda associado a deslocamento de estruturas adjacentes. Realizou-se a cirurgia com excisão marginal da lesão com doença residual não mensurável associado a radioterapia pós cirúrgica. Manteve-se acompanhamento cardiológico e oncológico com ausência de recidiva ou atividade da doença após 20 meses de pós cirúrgico. Conclusão: O angiomixoma agressivo, devido à sua raridade, continua sendo um desafio tanto para o diagnóstico quanto para o tratamento, destacando-se a relevância do caso apresentado.
