Abstract

INTRODUÇÃO: Com a emergência da pandemia do novo coronavírus, diversos países adotaram medidas de distanciamento social e lockdown para tentar conter a transmissão do vírus. Assim, muitos trabalhadores optaram por realizar seus trabalhos de forma remota. METODOLOGIA: O presente estudo compreende em uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cuja busca foi feita nas bases de dados PUBMED e SciELO, utilizando os descritores “home office”, “COVID-19”, “pandemia”, “saúde”, “teletrabalho”, “ergonomia” e seus respectivos correspondentes em inglês de 2020 a 2021. RESULTADOS: Foram encontrados 16 artigos, dos quais 15 foram selecionados a partir dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, cujas informações possuíam relação com a temática. DISCUSSÃO: Apesar das medidas de contenção diminuírem a disseminação do vírus, isso também afeta o bem-estar físico e mental da população. Dessa forma, a taxa de ansiedade, depressão, estresse pós-traumático, problemas de sono, aumento de peso e dores musculoesqueléticas aumentaram substancialmente desde o início da pandemia, o que pode afetar a produtividades no home office. CONCLUSÃO: Diante disso, as empresas devem procurar ajudar os seus funcionários a minimizar estes problemas de saúde, como adaptar a residência para o trabalho, se alimentar bem e realizar atividades físicas.
