O presente trabalho objetiva analisar a possibilidade de incorporação dos Códigos de Conduta como ferramenta de compliance em contratos de compra e venda de mercadorias de acordo com as obrigações previstas no artigo 35 da Convenção das Nações Unidas sobre Contratos de Compra e Venda Internacional de Mercadorias - CISG.
