Resumo

Oued Seybouse is one of the largest rivers in Algeria, both in terms of its length (240 km) and the extent of its watershed (6,471 km2). Given the large number of towns and municipalities that it crosses, it is subject to the hazards of agricultural, industrial and domestic activities throughout its course, particularly in its middle and lower sections, resulting in proven degradation of its waters. In this part of our work, we are interested in the symbiotic microflora of the soil, whose mutual beneficial interactions are no longer in doubt. In this context, the experiment consisted of looking for a possible effect of irrigation water from Oued Seybouse on the growth parameters and the possibilities of symbiotic associations of common bean grown in pots on the agricultural soil of the El Hadjar area. Watering the common bean grown in pots with Seybouse water also confirmed the depressive impact of this water on the growth and symbiotic status of the plant. To combat possible alterations to the Seybouse and take the necessary measures, it is imperative to ensure regular and permanent monitoring of this aquatic ecosystem.
