Sarcoma de Ewing primário do pâncreas: um relato de caso com breve revisão da literatura

Introdução: o sarcoma de Ewing é um tumor de pequenas células redondas azuis, que acomete principalmente o tecido ósseo e partes moles adjacentes. É mais frequente em pacientes jovens, em torno da segunda década de vida, sendo uma lesão pouco diferenciada e de comportamento agressivo. As formas extraósseas do sarcoma de Ewing podem ocorrer em órgãos sólidos como o pâncreas. Apresentação do caso: o presente relato descreve o caso de uma paciente feminina de 19 anos que após buscar a urgência com sintomas de obstrução gastroduodenal e ser operada de urgência, recebeu o diagnóstico de sarcoma de Ewing do pâncreas e foi encaminhada para tratamento especializado com quimioterapia neoadjuvante e ressecção cirúrgica oncológica. Discussão: os sarcomas de Ewing extraósseos são tratados da mesma forma que os esqueléticos. Por ser raro, poucos casos de SE pancreático têm sido descritos na literatura, constituindo estes relatos as principais fontes de informações a respeito dessa neoplasia. Conclusão: O sarcoma de Ewing pancreático é raro, mas agressivo, acometendo indivíduos jovens. Por essas razões, tornam-se necessários mais estudos desta patologia, para melhor definição de estratégias diagnósticas e terapêuticas, a fim de impactar positivamente na sobrevida desses pacientes.
