Abstract

IgG4 immunoglobulin-related disease is a recently described clinical entity, recognized as a systemic disease in 2003 in the work of Kamisawa et al, describing an autoimmune pancreatitis with extrapancreatic manifestations. It is prevalent in men over 50 years of age, with a male to female ratio of 2.8:1. This case report presents a 32-year-old man with a tumor mass in his testicle, with no other systemic manifestations of the disease.
