Implante unitário carga imediata: relato de caso

Introdução: A reabilitação com implantes unitários em região estética anterior é um procedimento desafiador que exige planejamento cirúrgico e protético minucioso. A previsibilidade do tratamento depende da preservação do volume ósseo, da manutenção dos tecidos moles e da correta posição tridimensional dos implantes, fatores fundamentais para alcançar resultados estéticos e funcionais satisfatórios. Objetivo: Relatar um caso clínico de reabilitação dos elementos dentários 21 e 22 com implantes unitários, destacando a importância do planejamento individualizado e da execução cirúrgica e protética precisa. Relato de caso: Paciente feminino apresentou alteração funcional dos incisivos central e lateral superiores. Após avaliação clínica e tomográfica, foi planejada a instalação de dois implantes unitários. Após o período de osseointegração, as coroas definitivas foram confeccionadas priorizando contornos naturais, perfil de emergência harmônico e preservação das papilas gengivais. Conclusão: A instalação de implantes unitários em região anterior pode alcançar excelentes resultados quando associada a um planejamento detalhado, execução técnica precisa e acompanhamento rigoroso, reforçando sua eficácia como alternativa terapêutica previsível.
