Colecistectomia em situs inversus totalis: desafios e soluções em 2 diferentes casos

A colecistite aguda em pacientes com situs inversus totalis representa um desafio diagnóstico e técnico devido à disposição em espelho dos órgãos toracoabdominais. A apresentação clínica pode ser atípica, com dor localizada no quadrante superior esquerdo, o que pode atrasar o reconhecimento do quadro. O diagnóstico por imagem requer atenção redobrada por parte da equipe, especialmente durante a ultrassonografia abdominal. A colecistectomia laparoscópica, embora tecnicamente mais desafiadora, é segura e viável nesses pacientes, desde que haja planejamento pré-operatório adequado e adaptação da técnica, respeitando os princípios de segurança, como o Critical View of Safety. O reconhecimento pré-vio da condição anatômica é essencial para evitar complicações intraoperatórias e garantir bons desfechos cirúrgicos.
