Atualizações na assistência de enfermagem no pós-operatório imediato de cirurgia cardíaca aberta: revisão sistemática da literatura

Considerando que a cirurgia cardíaca aberta é um procedimento complexo, com alto risco de complicações no período pós-operatório imediato, e que exige cuidados específicos da equipe de enfermagem, torna-se essencial atualizar as práticas assistenciais com base em evidências científicas. Objetiva-se identificar as evidências científicas disponíveis, dos últimos cinco anos, sobre as atualizações nos cuidados de enfermagem prestados a pacientes adultos no pós-operatório de cirurgia cardíaca invasiva. Para tanto, procede-se à realização de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, com busca nas bases SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE, BVS, BDENF, Embase, Cochrane e PubMed, incluindo estudos publicados entre 2020 e 2025. Foram selecionados 15 estudos com diferentes níveis de evidência, destacando intervenções como: manejo da dor (por meio de massoterapia, musicoterapia, aromaterapia, máscara ocular e tecnologias digitais), controle da hipotermia, manejo do desconforto orofaríngeo, prevenção do delírio e continuidade do cuidado após a alta hospitalar. O que permite concluir que tais intervenções promovem melhora significativa nos desfechos clínicos e na qualidade de vida dos pacientes, além de fortalecerem uma prática de enfermagem centrada no paciente, humanizada e fundamentada na ciência, sendo aplicáveis ao contexto do Sistema Único de Saúde e alinhadas às diretrizes da Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares.
