Glomerulonefrite membranoproliferativa secundária a Linfoma não Hodgkin: relato de caso e revisão de literatura

Introdução: O estudo trata-se de um relato de caso de paciente assistido no serviço de Nefrologia de um Hospital Universitário no Estado do Espírito Santo no período compreendido entre junho de 2022 a março de 2023, com diagnóstico de Glomerulonefrite Membranoproliferativa e Síndrome de Sweet, que precederam manifestações clínicas de um Linfoma não Hodgkin B de alto grau. Objetivos: descrever caso atípico de manifestações clínicas da Glomerulonefrite Membranoproliferativa e revisar literatura médica. Métodos: relato de caso de delineamento descritivo, de caráter narrativo. Conclusão: Destaca-se a importância do diagnóstico diferencial e da propedêutica adequada, bem como os desafios na investigação etiológica das glomerulopatias.
