Injeções de Polimetilmetacrilato para remodelação glútea e subcisão de celulites: relato de caso

A celulite é uma condição cutânea comum que afeta a maioria das mulheres em algum momento de suas vidas. Embora não represente um risco significativo para a saúde física, pode-se ter um impacto negativo na autoestima e na qualidade de vida dessas pessoas. Objetivo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar o uso de Injeções de PMMA e subcisão de celulites na remodelação glútea. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de caso, realizado em 12 de novembro de 2022, na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Relato de caso: Paciente 40 anos de idade, gênero feminino, branca, sedentária, duas gestações, 156 cm, bioimpedância 10/2022, 59.1 kg, massa muscular esquelética: 20.8, percentual de gordura corporal: 34.8 % e IMC: 24,3 %, foi submetida a tratamento na região glútea para correção de irregularidades da celulite nos graus mais avançados, sendo utilizados tanto a subcisão e as técnicas de preenchimento com PMMA. Conclusão: Os resultados foram considerados eficientes por corrigirem satisfatoriamente o contorno da região glútea aumentando o tônus e projeção, bem como o viço da pele e todos os casos de celulite graus três e quatro clínico dos pacientes atendidos na instituição estudada mostrou alto grau de gravidade e complexidade exigindo atendimento multiprofissional qualificado.
