Complicações operatórias após gastrectomias: uma revisão da literatura

A gastrectomia consiste em um procedimento cirúrgico de alta complexidade, com indicação em contextos clínicos diversos, mas que vem ganhando mais notoriedade dentro do contexto das cirurgias bariátricas e oncológicas, que compõe o tratamento cirúrgico para dois dos principais problemas de saúde pública da atualidade. O presente artigo tem como objetivo, portanto, realizar uma revisão de literatura a respeito das principais complicações cirúrgicas das gastrectomias tendo em vista seu alto potencial de morbi-mortalidade em um contexto cirúrgico cada vez mais frequente.
