Gastrectomia tubular como tratamento para GIST gástrico. Relato de caso e análise literária

Os tumores GIST estromais gastrointestinais são os tumores mais infrequentes do trato intestinal onde representam menos de 1%, seu tratamento é geralmente cirúrgico com margens livres de tumor, sendo a apresentação mais comum o estômago onde a ressecção é realizada como tratamento curativo; Apresentamos o caso de um paciente com diagnóstico de GIST por hemorragia digestiva alta localizada e no qual foi realizada uma Gastrectomia tubular como tratamento curativo, sendo esta uma técnica pouco utilizada para este caso, apresentamos o presente.
