O câncer de mama é o mais comum entre as mulheres. Em muitos casos, a intervenção necessária ao enfrentamento da doença é a quimioterapia, que pode ocasionar alguns eventos adversos, como náuseas e vômitos. Torna-se necessário, portanto, atenuar esses efeitos a fim de promover bem-estar e uma melhor qualidade de vida das pacientes. A acupressão auricular é uma terapia alternativa que pode minimizar os efeitos do tratamento quimioterápico. Assim sendo, este estudo teve por objetivo discutir os impactos da acupressão auricular na náusea e vômito de mulheres em quimioterapia para câncer de mama. A metodologia empregada foi a revisão integrativa que buscou na literatura sobre o tema informações para embasar a discussão. Os resultados indicaram que a acupressão auricular contribui para a melhoraria da qualidade de vida da paciente com câncer, suavizando a dor e os efeitos colaterais decorrentes dos tratamentos convencionais.
