O presente relato de caso aborda uma complicação rara de uma patologia obstétrica, a temida síndrome HELLP (Hemolysis, Elevated Liver enzymes and Low Platelets), tendo como objetivo principal associar possíveis cenários clínicos da doença supracitada ao quadro de colecistite aguda alitiásica.
