Abstract

Sneddon’s syndrome is a rare nonvasculitic disorder that affects small and medium vessels. It’s usually associated with livedo reticularis and cerebrovascular disease causing cerebral ischemic arterial events. This case report describes a female presenting depressive episodes, cognitive decline, livedo reticularis and signs of previous ischemic strokes in magnetic resonance.
