A Covid-19 é uma doença causada pelo vírus Sars-CoV-2, descrita pela primeira vez em dezembro de 2019, com uma menor prevalência observada na população pediátrica em relação à população adulta. Entretanto, recentemente tem sido relatada uma síndrome que apresenta similaridades com a Doença de Kawasaki, acometendo essa faixa etária, relacionada temporalmente a infecção pelo SarS-CoV-2, denominada Síndrome Inflamatória Multissistêmica em Crianças (MIS-C) Kawasaki-like. O objetivo deste artigo é facilitar a suspeição e o reconhecimento dessa nosologia pelo profissional assistente.
