Suprimento arterial sistêmico ao pulmão normal é uma anomalia congênita rara que difere das clássicas situações de sequestro pulmonar. Esta condição é caracterizada por um ramo arterial sistêmico aberrante que pode surgir da aorta descendente ou, menos comum, da aorta abdominal ou do tronco celíaco, suprindo uma área de parênquima pulmonar. Clinicamente os pacientes são assintomáticos ou minimamente sintomáticos apresentando principalmente hemoptise. Relatamos o caso de um paciente que apresenta uma artéria anômala da artéria aorta abdominal para o lobo médio do pulmão direito, sem sequestro, associado a veia de cimitarra e dextroposição cardíaca.
